Join us for an afternoon of men's work featuring partner yoga & massage. In this 2-hour experience, we will enjoy a Yoga practice, develop male connections, and learn to give and receive therapeutic massage.
All participants must 18+ years of age and must register individually to attend this workshop. Space is limited to 16 students. No Yoga experience necessary. Bring a partner or meet a Yoga partner when you arrive!

Join Will for a 60-minute Yin Yoga class designed to open up your body, improve joint health, and affect those deep connective tissues.
Have a bolster (couch cushion), blocks, and blanket handy for support and comfort.
Follow Will for a gnarly 20-minute core workout. Beginners welcome to practice without Ballz.
This 20-minute sequence is all about planks. Tough one to practice and, according to Will, definitely tough one to teach while demonstrating. Please make sure your planks are clean and solid before adding weights or dynamic movements. Beginners, please refrain from using Ballz until you can hold plank for 5 breaths with ease.
